Introduction

At Instant Exhibitions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke exhibition solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Foxtree Solutions, a small Bristol-based environmental consultancy, as they prepared for the Environmental Services & Solutions Expo at the NEC, held on the 11th and 12th of September 2024.

Client Background and Requirements

Foxtree Solutions approached us with a desire to collaborate with a local company, ensuring they could meet in person before committing to their exhibition stand. With a 4m x 3m stand space open on two sides, their goal was to create an inviting yet simple and eco-friendly booth that would reflect their company ethos and values. They sought a design that would not only impress at the event but also allow for reuse to keep future costs down.

The Stand Design

We worked closely with Foxtree Solutions to develop a modular and sustainable booth system, complete with 2.5m tall walls clad in SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) for a seamless finish. The booth’s design included:

• A 1m x 1m walk-in storage unit – a discreet yet practical space for keeping materials on hand.
• An integrated table and reception desk – perfect for engaging with clients in a professional, welcoming environment.
• Wooden flooring, countertops, and desks – adding a natural, clean feel in line with the company's eco-conscious identity.

In addition, Foxtree Solutions wanted to dedicate part of their stand to a key partner, Soil Flow. We integrated a branded counter into the design, creating a dedicated area for Soil Flow to present their offerings, ensuring both brands could shine on the shared platform.

Our Service: A Complete Exhibition Solution

Our all-inclusive package handled everything from design and installation to set-up and take-down. Foxtree Solutions was able to focus on what mattered most – connecting with their clients. After the event, we provided storage for the booth, ensuring it could be reused for future exhibitions. In line with their sustainability goals, the graphics used for the stand will be repurposed for next year's event, reducing costs and waste.
