Introduction
At Instant Exhibitions, we pride ourselves on providing bespoke exhibition solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. After impressing Evergreen with our cocktail tables for their sister company, we were thrilled to partner with them to design and build a custom stand for the Glee Show at the NEC, held on the 10th and 12th of September 2024.
Client Background and Requirements
Evergreen approached us with a desire for a standout trade show booth that would reflect their vibrant brand identity. With a stand space measuring 7m x 4m they wanted a design that combined functionality and flair to engage attendees effectively.
The Stand Design
We utilised our modular framework to create an eye-catching stand featuring:- 4m high walls ,providing a striking presence on the exhibition floor, clad in SEG graphics for a seamless and polished look.
- An integrated storage room to keep materials organized and accessible.
- A custom-made wooden counter with LED accents to highlight their products and create an inviting atmosphere.
