Project Overview

Instant Exhibitions has collaborated with Bluetti on multiple projects over the years, and for Solar & Storage Live Birmingham 2024, we were entrusted with delivering a reusable modular exhibition stand to promote their diverse product range, including generator kits, portable power stations, and solar panels. The exhibition, the UK's largest solar energy event, provides a platform to showcase innovative solar and storage solutions for both residential and commercial applications.

Client Objectives

Bluetti's primary goals for the exhibition stand included:

• Showcasing their brand to a wide audience of industry professionals and potential clients.
• Demonstrating how their products integrate to provide comprehensive energy solutions.
• Engaging with both retail and commercial customers in an inviting and professional setting.
• Ensuring the stand design is modular, reusable, and cost-effective for future events.

Stand Design and Features

To meet these objectives, we designed and built a 12m x 4m stand with a height of 4m, incorporating several key elements to enhance functionality and brand presence:

1. Open and Accessible Layout:
   • A simple yet effective open space design to facilitate smooth visitor flow.
   • Integrated product display areas strategically placed to maximise floor space utilisation.
2. Large Storage Room:
   • A dedicated storage area to securely house marketing materials and additional stock, ensuring a clutter-free display space.
3. Coffee Station and Seating Area:
   • An informal seating area with a coffee station, fostering networking opportunities and relaxed discussions with potential clients.
4. Seamless Graphic Branding:
   • A large header banner running the full length of the stand, providing high-impact branding and visual continuity.
   • The banner also created a shaded seating area underneath, offering a comfortable space for engaging discussions.

Modular Construction Approach

• Ease of Transportation and Storage: The lightweight yet durable system is compact and convenient for logistics.
• Simple Assembly: Designed for efficient on-site installation and dismantling.
• Infinite Reconfigurability: The stand can be easily adjusted and reconfigured to suit different booth sizes and layouts for future events, maximising return on investment.
