Introduction
At Instant Exhibitions, we are dedicated to crafting exceptional exhibition experiences tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Arab Basalt Fiber Company as they prepared for the Construction Week at the NEC in October 2024, with plans to showcase the same stand at the JEC World Show in Paris in March 2025.
Client Background and Requirements
Arab Basalt approached us with a vision for a clean and inviting stand that would effectively highlight their innovative Arab Basalt Fiber Rebar. They needed a design that would not only captivate attendees but also be easily transportable for use at multiple events.
The Stand Design
Working closely with the Arab Basalt team, we designed a striking booth that featured a central 360-degree viewing bridge showcasing their rebar, ensuring it took centre stage. The stand also included:- Wooden showcase podiums with clear glass cabinets to beautifully display their products.
- Integrated branding throughout the stand to reinforce their identity and messaging.

Our all-inclusive stand design and build package took care of everything from initial design to installation and de-rigging after the event. This allowed Arab Basalt to focus on what mattered most: engaging with potential clients and showcasing their innovative products.
